Multi-walled carbon nanotubes are cylindrical structures formed by multiple carbon atoms, usually composed of dozens or hundreds of carbon nanotubes. Their diameter is typically between 10 nanometers and 100 nanometers, and their length can be several micrometers. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes have excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical properties and thermal stability, which make them widely used in the fields of materials science and nanotechnology. Carbon nanotubes are nanoscale fiber materials that have both the strong agglomeration effect of nanopowders and the entanglement and bonding phenomenon of fiber materials. Various effects are superimposed, and the adsorption force of carbon nanotube aggregates is greater, the combination is tighter, and the dispersion is more difficult.

Therefore, it is necessary to destroy the entanglement and bonding state of long fibers, overcome the strong adsorption force of aggregates, and stabilize the dispersed state of carbon nanotubes in order to exert the excellent performance of single-walled carbon nanotubes.Through high-pressure homogenization, strong shearing and impact effects are generated to make them completely dispersed. Only fully dispersed multi-walled carbon nanotubes can highlight their good properties.
