Lotion homogenization

Lotion is a common skin care product, which is a milky liquid composed of water, oil, emulsifiers and other ingredients. That is what we usually call oil-in-water, water-in-oil or multi-phase emulsion. The liquid oil is fully dispersed into small droplets through homogenization, which helps the emulsifier to fully wrap the oil or water to form quite fine emulsified particles, contributes to the stability of the product. Secondly, in products containing high molecular polymers, homogenization is also usually used, and the colloid can be dispersed through homogenization, so that it can have a better dispersion effect. Of course, the same is true of detergent products, elastomers and powders, homogenization can make them more uniformly dispersed and more fully dissolved in the product.
